2016 4 December Day 6 (Sunday)
(Ximending, ChiangKaiShek Memorial Hall, Shida Night Market, Ningxia Night Market)
One of the most popular destination for tourists, the Ximending Pedestrian Area is the centre of the district, and accessible from Exit 6 of Ximen Station. The area is very popular with tourists and Taipei youth, and, along with shopping and restaurants, also hosts street performances and exhibitions.
Wanted to take our breakfast at Yong He Dou Jiang (for the doughstick, soya milk and etc) at Ximending but there was a long long queue and the place looked crammed. To the
right of Hanzhong St, we saw another 'Yong He Dou Jiang '(永和豆浆)sign on the right. The signboard is together with the Ximen Mango Shaved ice. So we settled our breakfast at this store instead, Ximen Mango Shaved Ice (西門町芒菓冰 )' , with a shorter queue. The doughstick was crispy and nice.
